OPEN WATER SWIM TRAINING

Have you ever wonder how challenging and satisfing is it to swim in open water? Do you feel the need for a bigger pool to swim in? Then maybe It is timefor you to try open water swimming. Swimming in the open water with no boundary,no lanes,no crowds and it is free! A wide expanse of water for you to enjoy,it's total freedom at it best.

I will guild and train you to feel at home in the open water,regardless whether it the sea or lake.

Time: 2.30 pm to 3.30 pm

Participants will learn and experience the thrill of open water swimming under my guidance, I will share with you race-tested swimming techniques and experiences in open water swimming. At the end of this course, participants will have a good understanding of the following open water skills:
